The key purpose of this role is to provides process engineering expertise to the line teams, Optimize production processes, Facilitates problem solving and decision making, Work in teams, Maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
Key outputs and responsibilities:
• Optimize PLC and SCADA hardware and software standards for site
• Networks and servers
• Microsoft server software
• Manufacturing Execution systems (MES).
• PLC systems • Manufacturing processes
• S88 batch control standard
• Field instrumentation and networks
• SCADA systems
• Maintenance and calibration of field instrumentation and measuring devices
• Facilitate problem solving
• Optimize team performance
• Maintain safe, healthy and risk free working environment
• Support team development
• Asset register up dated
• Instrumentation and Hardware Spares stocks levels maintained
• Knowledgeable on VPO best practices

Profile:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree holders in Electrical and Electronics
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Control and Automation
