Job Description
Reports to: Sales Manager
Letshego Uganda Limited, a subsidiary of Letshego Holdings, is a reputable and fast growing microfinance institution providing innovative financial services in Uganda and seeks to recruit professional, dynamic, result and customer oriented individuals who wish to grow their career in an agile and high performance environment.
They will be responsible for development and implementation of strategies designed to grow the Micro Small Enterprise(MSE) loan book and maintain or improve the quality of the book. The Product Owner should be customer centric, ensure that LUL customers have a great experience with our people, products and processes and provide product performance reporting to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications and competencies
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Microfinance.
2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Microfinance of which 4 should have been in a managerial position.
Excellent communication, analytical, presentation and management skills.
