Job Description


Location: Kampala, Uganda.
Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities if required.

Primary function:
Study the production and Operation related knowledge and practices.

Responsibilities:
• Study and execute the instructions from the leader.
• Study the production and operation and practices, Technology accumulate work experience.
• Participate in Surface Engineering designs review and make recommendations for efficient operations and maintenance.
• Assist the work on wells, production, operation and prepare budget.
• Assist supervise projects, track cost, and schedule the various technical projects and ensure contractor compliance to health, safety and environmental.
• Assist prepare operational and technical reports on executed projects.
• Assist to work with partners and service contractor to carry out the field production operation matters.
• Analyze and solve the operations problems with solution and advice, and implement the solution, be responsible for acceptance and evaluation.
• Provide advice for improvement of the regulation and rules on operation management, and execute.
• Perform other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum engineering, drilling and completion or the related.
• At least 0-2 years’ work experience
• Oil & Gas background.

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of exploration, development, production, drilling and completion.
• Knowledge of cost control and laws.
• • Understanding of petroleum contract, reservoir, geology and oil production.
