Job Description


Duties and responsibilities
• Oversee planning, management and coordination of assignments
• Attendance of meetings with the respective stakeholders and provide debrief notes and minutes from those meetings
• Manage communications between the stakeholders and clients; and the firm
• Ensure scope and course of assignments is on track and completion is timely
• Identify possible limitations that may be faced during the course of execution and make necessary adjustments and ensure compliance with set work standards and guidelines
• Manage the relationship between stakeholders and clients, as well as establish and maintain good work relationship with third party vendors and contractors
• Present periodic progress reports on the respective assignments

Qualification
• Post Graduate Training in Project Management
Experience
• Should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience working in the electricity supply industry is an added advantage
• Not older than 32years of age

Skills, Abilities and Competences
• Proficiency with project management software and related tools including but not limited to MS Projects etc.
• Good organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
• Ethics and integrity
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgement and decisions and offer innovative solutions
• Time management skills
