Primary function
• To be responsible for drilling, completion, workover preparation and operation, technology ‘ management, schedule and cost control.
• Overall management of the department

Responsibilities
• Organize drilling, completion and workover program preparation and operation.
• Responsible for the safety management and environmental protection during the drilling, completion and workover operation according to the related laws, regulations and procedures.
• Organize and direct to make the drilling, completion and workover plans in the ODP, and participate in the feasible research on development, production and adjustment of oil field.
• Provide the tendering plan and strategy of the service and material procurement about drilling, completion and workover engineering.
• Organize the technical bidding evaluation of drilling, completion and workover services and supervise the contract execution.
• Make the drilling, completion and workover budget plan, and control the schedule, quality and cost.
• Promote the new technology.
• Other duties assigned by leaders.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum engineering, drilling and completion or the related.
• At least 15-year related working experience in O&G Industry.
• D&C work experience is required.

Knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of exploration, development, production, drilling and completion.
• Knowledge of cost control and laws.
• Understanding of petroleum contracts, reservoir, geology and oil production in the oil & gas industry.
