Job Description


Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Loyalty Coordinator for one of our clients in Kampala.

Main Responsibilities
The Job holder will be responsible for the following tasks;
Loyalty Programs Planning
• Support loyalty programme campaigns in collaboration with Loyalty Manager for acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers
• Support the collection of research for the development of reward categories and levels designed and updated in accordance with customer needs
• Coordinate with Customer Intelligence function to understand key customer insights
Loyalty Programs Implementation and Operations
• Collect requirements from internal stakeholders to define the objectives of Loyalty campaigns
• Support Loyalty Manager on reporting on existing loyalty programs and implement necessary actions for improvement or discontinuation of programs
• Use and understand technical Loyalty Platform functionality to set-up, test and execute campaigns
• Advise Commercial Teams on Loyalty campaign best practice
• Identify opportunities to improve Loyalty campaigns to meet business KPIs
• Participate in periodic meetings with relevant employees to follow up smooth running of activities
• Support preparing periodic reports with respect to the loyalty function activities
• Follow up on technical issues when required and develop instructions on how to deal with similar problems when they arise in the future
Human Capital Responsibilities
• Ensure the implementation of MAF Retail’s corporate policies and relevant procedures
• Identify training needs
• Support and mentor Loyalty Analysts
• Successful execution of Loyalty programme Campaigns and Initiatives
• Achieving relevant KPIs
• Collaboration with relevant departments for the success of Loyalty campaigns

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant
• 3+ years in a similar position
• 2+ years in retail business is preferred
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Project management
• Strong communicator and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• English (Full professional proficiency – Required)
