Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, Worley Parsons Uganda, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced ICS Supervisor to work on the EACOP (East African Crude Oil Pipeline) construction project in Uganda.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of process instrumentation, fire & gas, and safety systems, as well as the interfaces with the respective upstream Central Processing Facilities.

Qualifications and experience
• Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation/Control/Automation)
A minimum of 10 years in instrumentation/control/ automation with at least 5 years in the construction of onshore pipeline installation projects.
• Staff management experience (knowledge transfer)
• Excellent communications skills
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Basic Computer Skills
• Competency in written/oral communication
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as and when required
