Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, Worley Parsons Uganda, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Logistics Coordinator to work on the EACOP (East African Crude Oil Pipeline) construction project in Uganda.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensuring that all materials databases and project reporting tools are updated and maintained concisely and accurately with the latest information. The job holder will also
• Implement materials management strategies and plans.
• Control and management of materials from receipt at warehouse through to distribution to required site location.

Qualifications and experience
• 10 years Oil & Gas Materials Management experience.
• Previous experience working within the Oil and Gas industries or other national / multinational corporation that adheres to international standards.
• Materials Management Systems experience
• IT Literate (Excel / Word etc.
• SVQ / Standard Grade or equivalent level qualification
• Experienced in the control and management of materials from receipt at warehouse through to distribution to required site location.
Competent in maintaining and updating project reports accordingly.
• Ability to identify oil and gas project materials and equipment.
• Experience in the handling, storing and preservation of oil and gas project materials and equipment.
• Demonstrate good excel spreadsheet data manipulation skills
