Location: Kampala, Uganda. Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities if required.

Primary function
• To be fully responsible for the oil field development project quality control management.

Responsibilities
• Organize and prepare the overall quality control plan of the project for EPC1 & EPC2.
• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Review current standards and policies.
• Create or review detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Review all inspection and Test Procedures
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Monitor all operations that affect quality on site or in suppliers’ factory.
• Assure the reliability and consistency of equipment, system and facilities by checking processes and final output.
• Appraise Company’ quality requirements and make sure they are satisfied.
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
• Ensure all legal standards are observed.
• Communicate with external QA/QC during on-site inspections.
• Participate in check and acceptance of all facilities and whole project.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum, chemical or mechanical engineering or the related
• At least 12-year related working experience including at least 8 years‘ proven work experience as QA/QC supervisor or engineer for Oil and Gas projects. International working experience is preferred
• EPC work experience is required.

Knowledge
• Familiar with QA/QC in Oil and Gas industry
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• ln depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
• Familiar with quality control requirement on site for Oil and Gas projects
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with project team organization and optimization techniques
