Recruiting Supervisor – Human Resources
Location: Kampala, Uganda,
Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities if required.

Primary function:
Responsible for supervising recruitment and talent sourcing, developing and implementing the onboarding programs and ensure that recruitment processes are aligned to the business needs and objective of the company.

Responsibilities:
• Manage, track and support day-to-day recruitment activities. Build strong relationships with other cross-functional teams to understand business needs and handle manpower concerns through partnership. Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
• Assist in defining, designing and implementing recruiting programs for a variety of positions.
Prepare all relevant Job descriptions and manage all recruitment needs for the company.
• Support the recruitment budgeting process, monitor and provide management information reports as may be required.
• Create talent pipelines and the entire recruitment cycle.
• Review the performance of the Recruitment Coordinators), monitor KPIs and report on key issues.
Develop and implement efficient orientation programs to ensure new staff receive a good experience as they settle in
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human resources management, labor economics, psychology or the related.
• At least 5 years related working experience preferably in the oil & gas industry.

Knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge HR management and practice.
• Knowledge of the local labor policies and laws.
• Understanding of Oil Exploration and Production.
