The position holder will contribute to Mildmay Uganda research, learning and dissemination agenda through active research implementation aimed at growing an ethical and sustainable Mildmay Uganda to inform clinical practice, policy, training, and priorities for integrated prevention, care and treatment of HIV in the Resource Limited Settings.

Job Requirements:
• Healthcare worker (Nurse or Clinical Officer) with at least 2 years clinical experience in children and adolescent HIV clinic and a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificate.
Diploma in Nursing or Clinical and Community Medicine
At least 2 years of clinical research experience.
• Experience in generating workplans and routine project reports.
• Experience in working within collaborative research teams involving partner organizations.

Job related experience and knowledge:
• HIV research experience in both qualitative and quantitative work.
• National and international policies and standards for research ethics
