You will apply existing mathematical models to support the overall company strategy development for different projects. You will collate, document, analyze, and visualize a wide range of project data to inform and validate models and to support decision-making. You will also write reports and present findings to partners and stakeholders.
• Research & Analytics
• Working closely with team leads to outline a measurement plan that clearly documents the measurement strategy and associated project metrics.
• In collaboration with key stakeholders, creating data collection tools that capture data aligned to key project metrics (e.g., tools to support teams to measure the impact of inquiry cycles, surveys, observation tools, and interviews).
• Supporting in building and maintaining data management structures and tools for long-term qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
• Creating data visualizations (including dashboards and reports) for use by various internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing timelines for various analytics responsibilities and collaborate with the project manager to move forward respective workstreams.
• Creating and executing a measurement project plan that oversees the work streams and timelines for data collection and research activities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• High-level communication skills. (public speaking, email, reports)
• 2-5 years of research and data analysis experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
• Strong knowledge of systems, networking software, hardware, networking protocols, and database languages such as SQL, R, or Python; Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets; data visualization software such as Tableau, “software as a service” (SaaS) to help gather, measure, organize, and analyze data.
