Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team to help drive revenue.He/she will motivate their team to generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Employee’s duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following:
● Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
● Prepare the sales budget.
● Create a team of competitive and efficient sales representatives through effective supervision.
● Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
● Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
● Train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
● Achieve company objectives by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress, planning thoroughly, setting sales goals and analyzing performance data.
● Forecasting sales accurately and scientifically by constantly searching for new and profitable markets.
● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
● Ensure that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
● Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
● Make monthly Sales departmental reports.
● Assist the management team in product planning by suggesting improvements in product design, style, size, attributes e.t.c

Minimum Requirements:
● A Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field
● Prior experience in managing and directing a sales team, planning and implementing sales strategies.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Dedication to providing great customer service.
● Knowledge of Ms. Office software
● Knowledge of how to ride a motorcycle is an added advantage
