Job Description

The Sales Manager shall provide leadership to the sales team.
He/she shall motivate sales executives to meet quarterly targets; will implement a strategic sales plan that expands client base; recruit, coach and monitor performance of sales executives and team leaders and advise management on long term sales strategies for Jude Color Solutions Limited.

Qualifications: Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 6 years’ experience in sales or marketing but with at least 3 years at a management level.
