Responsibilities
1. Make sales
2. Lead the sales team of above 10
3. Overseeing daily operations of the sales Team
4. Relaying information from the upper management to the sales department
5. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
6. Actively seek out new sales opportunities
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
9. Any other duties that maybe assigned

2. Ability to coach, train and motivate the sales representatives
3. Strategic sales planning skills
4. Forecast sales results and analyze data
