Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire after-sales function, encompassing both the parts and service departments. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and profitability, while maintaining compliance with dealership and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the parts and service departments, ensuring coordination between teams, timely service delivery, and optimal parts availability.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving escalated complaints, maintaining service quality, and fostering long-term relationships with fleet and retail clients.
  • Lead and develop the after-sales team by supervising staff, conducting training programs, and monitoring performance against defined KPIs.
  • Oversee parts inventory and procurement based on demand, minimize wastage, and collaborate with finance to manage departmental budgets effectively.
  • Ensure all after-sales operations comply with manufacturer standards, manage warranty processes, and uphold safety, environmental, and legal regulations.

 Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in after-sales management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
