Job Description
Spartan Security Limited, is a newly formed security group registered with the Minisitry of Internal Affairs under the laws of the government of Uganda and it will be operating in any part of the country. Spartan Security Limited is seeking for the following officers to join the team in growing the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to retain and attract new clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
• Present and sell company services to both current and potential clients.
• Conduct market surveys and research for the existing and new security services.
• Communicate new service opportunities to appropriate company staff.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Identify and resolve client concerns and ensure good customer care.
• Coordinate other staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
• Prepare status reports as well as adhere to the company goals.
• Follow up on service contracts with clients. •You may be assigned any other duty from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The ideal applicant must hold a University degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or business studies is preferred
• Aged 24-35 years
• Must be a Ugandan Citizen
• Experience in specific Sales & Marketing functions (Minimum 3years)
• Presentable with good communication skills.
• Able to persuade and close sales. •Problem-solving & analytical skills Good creative thinker
• Proper Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Excellent sales and markerting skills Good at negotiation skills in order to close deals Strong time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks and meeting objectives.
