Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will conduct face-to-face customer visits, develop a customer base and get more RFQ opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face customer visits, develop a customer base and get more RFQ opportunities.
• Formulate solutions and quote customers for RFQs and inquires, understand and apply pricing policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Procurement and Marketing teams, to resolve customer complaints or disputes.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer information and sales activity.
• Account receivable management, ensure timely and accurate fund recovery.
• Collect and report customer feedback, assist in optimizing vendor resources.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
• Ensure the client’s payment executed in time.
• Provide customer service for the best result.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant should have at least three years of logistics background in Logistics have client database and English speaking are plus.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills, sense of urgency with problem-solving skills.
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated to produce outstanding results.
• Willing to travel 30%, home and oversea.
