Key Responsibilities

• Drive school

   vehicles safely following all traffic laws

  Conduct daily vehicle safety checks (tyres, brakes, lights, fluids)

  Maintain accurate log books and mileage records

  Ensure vehicle is clean and mechanically sound

  Plan efficient routes and maintain schedules

  Transport students for field trips and school events

  Report vehicle maintenance needs promptly

  Manage emergencies according to school protocol

  Fuel and maintain vehicles as required

  Uphold school’s code of conduct while driving

Vehicle electronics

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (Class relevant to vehicle)
• Clean driving record (certificate required)
• Minimum 3 years driving experience
• PSV/Taxi driving license (where applicable)
• Defensive driving certificate (preferred)
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills
• First Aid certification
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
• Patient and responsible demeanor
• Must pass medical examination
