Job Title: Security Manager
Organization: Abacus Parenteral Drugs Limited
Duty Station: Mukono, Uganda

Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the company’s facilities, assets, and employees
• Manage the security department, including hiring, training, and supervising security personnel
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
• Respond to security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, and intrusion
• Manage the company’s security budget
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and technologies

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in security management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
