Key Result Areas/ Deliverables:
• Ensure Security surveillance of all bank property
• Management of entire Bank security
• Manage access control for all staff and visitors to the bank
• Supervision of external security company
• Ensure proper Management of car parking
• Monitoring and management of security gadgets i.e CCTV’s, Padlocks,
• Alarm systems and Metal detectors
• Ensure fraud/loss/robbery especially from physical access is minimized
• Supervision of the Security Assistants as well as appraising their performance
• Coach and educate all employees on security policies and procedures

Skills and Experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing security & 3 of which in police or any other relevant security forces.
• Ability to write statements and liaise with Police in case of a security incident
• Hands on experience with Security Management
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form in a professional manner is deemed essential.
• Ability to demonstrate positive image and role model PBU’s values and leadership behaviours
• A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company’s success
• A Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field
• Relevant security and investigative training
