YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 10 years experience in pumping operation and supervision.
Must be knowledgeable in high pressure pumping, downhole hydraulics, equipment maintenance.
Must have full knowledge of pumping through coiled tubing for various operations, (CTD, fishing, cementing, PLT, acidizing, etc)
Must be a standalone supervisor in pumping services.
IWCF well control certification is mandatory
Must possess excellent skill within the service line and have a general knowledge of other service functions e.g wireline.
Must be knowledgeable in high pressure pumping, downhole hydraulics,
BHAS, equipment maintenance etc.
Possess ability to plan and perform necessary mathematical calculation related to the job at work site.
Ability to coordinate service operators during rig up/down and preparation of equipment at work site.
Excellent customer relationship with client and good interpersonal relationship and ability to communicate effectively with others.
Ability to handle high pressure pumping emergencies / well control issues in a timely manner.

Knowledgeable in HSE, PTW and CT work procedures

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Bachelors Degree/ Higher National Diploma in Engineering or related field.
