To outsource, establish and maintain a network of contracted services provider country wide to form a predictable networked supply chain in a cost effective manner that enhances a good working relationship between the company and the affiliated service providers.
• Strengthen UAP relationship with medical service providers by regular structured visits.
• Come up with a quality assurance strategy to improve quality of services received by UAP OM clients.
• Lead price negotiations to ensure the UAP OM gets favorable rates in the market.
• Conduct and coordinate training for the Service providers about the minimum expectations from UAP OM.
• Lead by example and shape the Company’s culture towards customer’s service excellence
• Solicit for and negotiate service provider prices.
• Follow up on service provider payments and reconciliations.
• Timely sharing of providers’ remittances and payment advises.
• Build relationship with the service providers in order to enhance customer loyalty.
• Collect market intelligence on provider practices
• Follow up on customer services issues
