Position: Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) Expert
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
Minimum Years of experience in Road construction (Years): 7
Minimum Experience in the position: 4

Job Summary:
• Develop and implement policies, protocols, and training programs to prevent and address sexual exploitation and abuse within the organization and projects.
• Conduct investigations and provide support to survivors.
• Ensure practices align with international best practices and standards.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and external partners to promote a safe and respectful work environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 4 years of experience specifically in addressing issues related to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse in a professional capacity.

Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct sensitive interviews and training sessions.
