We are searching for a talented social media manager to represent our clients by building a social media presence. The social media manager in Uganda will be required to contribute to strategy development, create high-quality content & manage vibrant communities on our clients’ social media channels. You should also be able to engage influencers.

Key Responsibilities
• Running company social media advertising campaigns.
• Formulating high-quality content for each social media campaign.
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
• Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Responding to comments on our clients’ accounts.
• Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
• Social Media Manager Requirements:
• 2yrs experience developing social media strategies. (social media training & certification is a plus)
• 2yrs experience working with a marketing department or agency or related role.
• Proven ability to build social media communities. (share links in application)
• Understanding of graphic design principles in order to guide our designers on tasks.
