The Social Media Officer will be responsible for managing and growing Amadeus Gardens’ online presence across various social media platforms. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, hospitality, and engaging with online communities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and report on performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Strong content creation skills (writing, editing, basic graphic design).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus.
