TotalEnergies EP Uganda is offering Graduate Trainee opportunities to fresh university graduates with a Bachelor’s degree, not exceeding two years after graduation, with academic scores that reflect a potential minimum of an upper second-class degree.

Provide support to the Social Performance department in the areas of stakeholder management and corporate social responsibility.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree related to Communication, Project Planning & Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences & Social Work, and Administration, or a related field.
• Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience.

Selection criteria
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from recognized National Universities
• Must provide an introduction letter from the University and a copy of student Current academic scores must reflect a potensal minimum of an upper second-class degree
• Must provide a partial transcript/copy of academic scores to-date
• Must be available full time for the duration of the internship period
• Excellent verbal and numeracy skills and problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Must write and submit an internship application letter
