As a Special Needs Paraprofessional and Inclusion Paraprofessional, your role is pivotal in ensuring that learners with special needs have the opportunity to actively engage in our sport performance and skills programs.
• You will create a safe and inclusive environment, identify suitable sports and skilling opportunities, and provide tailored support to enable these learners to participate fully.
• Capture captivating moments, action shots, and videos during academy Key Responsibilities: events, training sessions, and tournaments
• Collaborate with teachers and coaches to adapt sports activities and exercises to meet the specific needs and abilities of learners with special needs.
• Utilise graphic design platforms like Camva and Adobe Photoshop to create eye-catching visuals, infographics, and promotional materials for online and offline use.
• Craft compelling narratives and stories that resonate with the academy’s
• Assist learners in participating in physical activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Applicants for all the above roles must be between 24-27 years of age.

Qualifications
• To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• A bachelor’s degree in special education, sports science, or related fields. • Previous experience working with learners with special needs in an educational or sports setting is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of various disabilities and the ability to adapt sports activities to accommodate different needs
• Compassion and patience to effectively support learners facing physical and cognitive challenges.
• The ability to quickly adapt strategies and approaches to meet the evolving needs of learners with special needs.
• A related discipline is preferred. However equivalent practical experience Age Requirement
