Job title: 2 Sponsor Donor Relations
CDO – SDR: He/she is responsible for ensuring timely and quality child to sponsor correspondence. Specific duties include
Be a witness for Christ to children, and keep office and child development records. Be responsible for child development programming and carrying out child home visits and follow-ups.

Be in charge of children and sponsor correspondences and monitoring and tracking of children attendance. O Ensure timely update of children information and documents.

Requirements (CDO’s and PD)
Age: 23-33 years
Christian maturity characterized by a strong Christian testimony, a heart for children ministry and knowledge of the scriptures.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to effectively manage teams and respond to stakeholder expectations.
At least two years experience in community related work especially dealing with children

A minimum of a Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Education, Nursing Development studies, Community Psychology, Child Ministry and any other related field
Practical computer literacy
Ability to learn new things and work beyond normal working hours as need may arise.
