Store Keepers (4 positions)

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods, materials, and supplies, ensuring they match purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Organize and store items in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling, rotation (e.g., FIFO), and protection from damage or theft.
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment to authorized personnel, documenting all issues and returns.
• Monitor stock levels and generate reorder alerts to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Keep the store area clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular stock reports to  management, highlighting slow-moving or expired items.
