Position: Superintendent Bituminous Works
Minimum Qualifications: National Ordinary Diploma in Civil or Building Engineering or equivalent
Minimum Years of experience in Road construction (Years): 10
Minimum Experience in the position: 5

Job Summary:
• Lead and manage bituminous works in road construction projects.
• Oversee the laying, compaction, and quality control of asphalt and other bituminous materials used in road construction.
• Ensure that the bituminous works are executed in accordance with industry standards, project specifications, and health and safety regulations.
• Manage resources efficiently, including equipment and personnel, and work closely with other project stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of bituminous works on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:
• National Ordinary Diploma in Civil or Building Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in road construction, including at least 5 years in a Superintendent Bituminous Works role.

Skills:
• Expertise in bituminous materials and construction methods.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
