Position: Superintendent Concrete Works
Minimum Qualifications: National Ordinary Diploma in Civil or Building Engineering or equivalent
Minimum Years of experience in Road construction (Years): 10
Minimum Experience in the position: 5

Job Summary:
• Oversee and manage concrete-related activities in road construction projects.
• Supervise and coordinate all concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, pouring, and curing.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality control, and project schedules.
• Manage resources efficiently, ensuring the timely delivery of concrete works within budget and according to project specifications.

Qualifications:
• National Ordinary Diploma in Civil or Building Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in road construction, with at least 5 years of specific experience in the role of Superintendent Concrete Works.

Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of concrete technology, construction methods, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
