The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by bus operators in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide technical support to bus operators through various channels such as onsite, email, phone, chat, and remote desktop connection.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware systems for bus operators
• Provide training and assistance to bus operators in the use of software applications and hardware systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications and hardware systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and sales teams to ensure successful implementation of software applications and hardware systems.
• Communicate effectively with bus operators to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with bus operators and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Android.
