SeaOwl Energy Services is part of the SeaOwl Group, an international service provider specialised in a wide range of Recruitment, Manpower Contracting & Management, Asset Management, Training, Professional Services and Integrated Services for the Construction, Energy, Extractives, Logistics, Mining and Manufacturing sectors.
On behalf of our Client in the Extractives sector, we are looking for competent individuals to fill the following position:

Activities
The job holder is responsible for:
• Schedule, organize, direct and control all day-to-day personnel transport from Tangi camp activities in a safe and efficient manner ensuring added value opportunities are maximized and optimizing customer satisfaction, including effective forward planning to map organizational requirements in order to set the right commitment level.
• Manage and coordinate on day-to-day personnel transport in and out of Tangi camp and North Nile bases & well-pads/operational areas including crew change and conducting inspections on all vehicles mobilizing to site
• To participate in land transport audits and the review of the land transport procedure and management system, participate in land transport Contractor SQM’s and then ensure that all defects, anomalies, accidents or incidents are captured in SYNERGI and closed on due time.
• As a key User and Administrator for PTS and TRAM software on site and conduct training for all the new users on the appliable modules.
• To allocate vehicles for personnel transport in and out of operation and project areas and Management of drivers.
To inspect all vehicles mobilized in Tangi and review the Vehicle and driving performance by use of the data from the In Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) and On board Cameras (OBC)
• To coordinate with the flight dispatcher the passengers air booking and manifest.
• To participate actively in the road safety actions and promote safety accordingly.
• To Maintain records and statistics to ensure qualitative, quantitative and accurate reporting, in collaboration with the transport clerk

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Logistics at senior level within depth knowledge of Onshore project Logistics and Land Transport Management systems in a very busy and demanding environment in Oil and Gas industry and major on or offshore projects/fields.
• Hands on experience in onshore Health, Safety & Environment operations in complex and major Oil and Gas operations with ability to work under pressure and stressing conditions, ability to adapt, analyses problems and communicate with all entities, flexible and able to write Standing Instructions and Procedures.
• Experience in ERP systems including SAP and database management including MS access, word, project, excel.
