We are seeking a Temporary Community Mobilizer to join our team and play a crucial role in engaging and mobilizing our community members to participate in various initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dedicated individual with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to identify community needs and priorities.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage and mobilize community members to participate in various initiatives and programs.
• Conduct outreach activities, including workshops, presentations, and community events, to raise awareness and promote community involvement.
• Facilitate community meetings and discussions to gather feedback, address concerns, and build consensus.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of community engagement activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing community engagement activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build rapport and relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and an additional language is a plus.
