Summary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drivers are required to complete vehicle and equipment daily inspection records as per the regulations.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene both inside and outside the vehicle.
• Maintain timely communication with equipment maintenance personnel to ensure timely upkeep. In case of vehicle issues, coordinate promptly with vehicle management personnel.
• For equipment sporadically/long-term leased to contractors, confirmation of usage records should be obtained from the equipment users.
• Submit timesheets to the Construction Department equipment administrator as required by the end of each month.

Requirements:
• All drivers are required to possess the appropriate driver’s license for the corresponding vehicle type and within its valid period. Drivers and operators must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• They must hold certifications in First Aid training, Fire Fighting, and Defensive Driving.
• Forklift and self-equipped crane operators must hold a training certificate for third-party lifting capabilities.
