Responsible for all day-to-day transport planning as per company programs.

Activities
• Develop efficient transportation routes to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
• Coordinate transportation activities, including the scheduling of vehicles, drivers, and routes.
• Ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained, serviced regularly, and comply with safety standards.
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transportation operations.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including fuel usage, maintenance, and driver logs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations, including permits and licensing.
• Address and resolve transportation-related issues, such as delays, accidents, or route changes.
• Monitor and control transportation costs, seeking opportunities for cost reduction without compromising service quality.
• Keep and communicate land transportation statistics.
• Address transportation-related inquiries and concerns.

Person Specifications
Education, Training, Skills & Experience Education:
• Diploma in Logistics & Transport
• Certified in fleet management.
• Health, safety & environment education Experience:
• Minimum experience of 7 to 10 years
