Activities
• Process the monthly payments of TSS to PAPs, with thorough controls/monitoring/reconciliations of all batch payments (made on the bank internet platform)
• Support the day-to-day Treasury activities:
o Run weekly settlement to pay suppliers and expense notes timely
o Schedule all interbank transfers and negotiate FX deals
o Maintain adequate levels of cash
o Reconcile daily the Bank statements loaded in Workday
o Liaise with the banks to resolve promptly any issue related to accounts and/or payments
o Prepare the monthly Treasury forecast,
o Prepare the cash calls sent to Shareholders and/or Lenders
o Prepare the Treasury reports (weekly, monthly)
• Assist the Chief Accountant during external audits (statutory and financial, fiscal, shareholders, national authorities)
• Support the opening of new bank accounts during the implementation of the external financing (third party debt)
• Support the connection of the new bank accounts to EACOP Ltd Treasury Management system (Integrity of FIS) and ERP (Workday)

Qualifications and Experience Required
Qualifications:
• Masters degree in Finance – ACCA Level 2

Experience:
• Minimum 15-year experience in Treasury and Accounting, ideally in Oil & Gas in the Banking sector, with international exposure
• Knowledge of Workday or similar ERP, Microsoft Office Suite

Competencies:
• Strong technical skills in Treasury, Accounting and ERP systems.
• Analytical mind, focus on processes, attention for details.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team spirit; ability to cope with pressure and to respect deadlines.
• Excellent level in English (spoken & written) – Swahili is a plus
