Job Description:
• Maintain maximum power generation and supply the required quantity of exhaust steam to process section.
• Maintain the determined electrical production output
• Know the electrical equipment
• Regularly monitor the plant Air Quality and take corrective action to prevent violations
• Follow Company Policies and Procedures
• Other Duties may be assigned as needed
• Identify equipment problems, report abnormal conditions and document properly using logs, records, and our work request system.
• Conduct routine rounds on equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Ensure area is kept safe and environmentally sound, report any problems immediately.
• Responsible for recording, compiling, reporting, and documenting operating data and monitoring process indicators
• Coordinate the startup, shut down (normal and emergency) and normal operations/maintenance activities with lead operator and shift engineer

Required Skills:
• Diploma/degree in either mechanical or electrical engineering from a recognized institution.
• Skills in turbine operations
• Computer literacy
• Mechanical maintenance and machinery servicing,
• Dismantling, overhauling and assembling machines
• Good communications skills
• Computer literacy
