Reporting to: Agency Manager

Role Summary:
As a Unit Manager at Jubilee Allianz General Insurance Company (Uganda), you will lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate with other departments, provide guidance to your team, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales agents
• Supervise and support the sales team to meet the given targets
• Provide service and after-sales support to clients
• Prospect and enlist potential clients
• Ensure retention of business brought in by team members
• Prepare and submit regular reports production
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Manager on business acquisition strategies
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP) or diploma in insurance is a plus

Relevant Experience:
• Prior experience in sales or team management preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
