Duties & Responsibilities:
•Ensure that installation is professionally done.
•Ensure that client’s details are correctly captured.
•Commence installation only after all internal processes are completed.
•Ensure support in completing the client’s information in the database.
•Test the tracker after installation to confirm functionality.
•Ensure installation areas are properly secured.
•Ensure client signs pre-& post-installation forms.
•Maintain confidentiality of clients’ information at all times.
•Any other duty as requested by Supervisor or HOD.

Competencies and Skills:
•Diploma in Automobile Engineering from a recognized institution or certificate with atleast 2 years of practical experience.
•Technical knowledge.
•Good team player.
•Strong ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Highly motivated and target driven.
•Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication skills.
