A diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for working with the general public
• Familiarity with a variety of food types, menu, recipes and general aesthetics and food presentation
Excellent time management skills and ability to work in high pressure situations
• Active listening and effective communication
