The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for our system updates, order/dispatch lists, resolving dispatch issues, and assisting in stock takes. You will report to the Warehouse Team Lead.

Key Job Functions
• You will receive deliveries from suppliers on our systems’ AX.
• You will process orders on our systems (shipping of orders on AX and Trackers)
• You will assist in resolving dispatch queries from the field.
• You will assist in the monthly stock-take cycle counts and reconciliation.
• You will monitor stock levels and order replenishments.
• You will monitor reverse Logistics and ensure processes are followed.

Experience/ Skills/ Certifications/ Education
• Degree in Warehouse Management or Procurement Management.
• One year experience in a similar position
• You have experience in using inventory management systems.
• Be dedicated and open to learning from us.
• You are well versed in Microsoft Excel.
