Location: Kampala, Uganda. Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities if required.

Primary function:
Responsible for Oil & Water wells performance testing.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in drilling and completion designs review and for make efficient recommendations operations and production. Organize Oil&Water well performance test operation, including preparing test plans, organizing implementation, collect wells test information, evaluate well performance and summary report.
• Provide suggestion to optimize well management and enhance well performance according to well test result.
• Participate analyze and solve the oil & water wells problems with solutions and advice, ensuring to implement test plans, organizing implementation, collect wells test information, evaluate well performance and summary report.
• Provide suggestion to optimize well management and enhance well performance according to well test result.
• Participate analyze and solve the oil & water wells problems with solutions and advice, ensuring to implement the proposed solutions, shall also be responsible for acceptance and evaluation.
• In charge of the introduction and application of new well test technology to the oilfield to achieve high well test efficiency and quality.
• In charge of well test performance, technology improvement including Oil & Water Wells related OPEX Management.
• Prepare Oil & Water Wells test work programs, budgets, monitor expenses and functionality.
• Supervise projects, track cost, and schedule various technical aspects of well test projects ensuring contractor compliance to Health, Safety, and Environmental Safeguards.
• Supervise and train on-site operations personnel to ensure that everyone works as a team, to meet company objectives.
• Assist to work with partners and service contractors to carry out well test operation.
• Provide advice for improvement of regulation and rules on well test management and implementation. In charge of well test contractor management.
• Perform other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling and Completion, or other related Petroleum Disciplines.
• At least 4 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas well testing. Knowledge:
• Knowledge of exploration, development, production, drilling. and completion.
• Knowledge of well test.
• Knowledge of cost control and laws.
• Understanding of Petroleum Contract Management, Reservoir, Geology and Oil Production.
